How do I earn loyalty points?
As soon as your registration for the NWK Loyalty Programme has been completed, loyalty points are earned automatically through trade purchases and grain deliveries. A bonus value can be earned through fertiliser purchases from NWK-Omnia, and by conducting precision business with Agricultural Management Services.
A new addition to the reward for your loyalty is the identification of top points earners in a total of eight product categories. They will be recognised together with the annual top ten points earners and the overall top points earner.
After an easy registration process has been completed, customers earn their loyalty value continuously by doing the following:
- Making purchases at NWK Trade (NWK Seed, Midchem, NWK Fertiliser Marketing, NWK Mechanisation, NWK Retail or Econobuild), whether on account or in cash with an NWK account number – and on direct transactions like fertiliser, diesel and seed.
- Grain deliveries to NWK Grain.
- NWK suppliers are as excited about the programme as we are. Clients should be on the lookout for additional supplier driven incentives and competitions exclusively for Loyalty Programme clients.
Please note: The value that is earned is linked to the gross profit of transactions and the volume of grain received in that year. Loyalty points converted to credit on your NWK account can be used for further purchases. This credit cannot be paid out in cash or used to settle an NWK account.
The balance of your loyalty points appears on your profile on NWK Online at www.nwk.co.za after the relevant month in which purchases were made. By registering, customers also gain access to other electronic services of NWK like account queries.
All customers who are registered as young farmers, bona fide producers (bona fide commercial agricultural producers in terms of the memorandum of incorporation of NWK Holdings) and emerging farmers who are registered for the Emerging Farmers Project, as well as customers who already own shares in NWK Holdings, will receive shares in NWK Holdings and the other customers will earn a credit for the value on their primary NWK account.
